Gaijin Gunpla

Some said this site was lacking when it came to HGs. Well here is the HGUC NZ-666 Kshatriya Repaired! With a kit this size featured on gaijin-gunpla.com, can it be said that there is a lack of High Grade kits? (Don’t answer that!)

I am one of those people that feels the Kshatriya looks a little odd, most notably from certain angles but this box art looks pretty great no matter how you look at it.

Box Contents

Just like the first HG Kshatriya you get a 1/144 scale kit in a 1/100 scale box. This sucker is big.

With huge parts and quite a few of them. Not to mention the foils we are used to seeing in Unicorn HG kits now.

Manual

This is a big project but luckily I don’t anticipate needing a large amount of time. I only need to find a small amount of it.

Unfortunately it doesn’t look like there are any funnel stands in this Kshatriya (I was hoping for some due to the increased price tag) but it looks like it will have a few more posing options than the original, which I found was bit of a shortcoming.
Hopefully it won’t be too unbalanced due to the changed weight distribution on the leg/stump.

It actually has funnel stands, there was 12 missile-funnels in each binder and the binder itself can open hatch to expose those missile-funnels

of course this has increased price (include propellant-trusters)

You might be surprised Syd. Technically Kshatiya repaired has no funnels (well they are called funnel missiles) but based on their name they are one use only. Still some stand (or at least clear effect part for their launch would be good)

I’m curious whether we get optional regular arm for the left arm or not, because if yes then you can use the beam “axes” for HGUC FA Unicorn (destroy mode).
